Welcome to your student’s Junior year! The next two years will be very busy, filled
with lots of exciting memories and activities. One of the most exciting memories that students have is their Senior
Prom and Project Prom.Project Prom
provides the senior class a safe, drug-free, alcohol-free evening after the
Senior Prom.Prom night can be one of
the deadliest nights for students and we are doing everything we can to keep it
safe for them and the community.
Project Prom is only accomplished through parents’
efforts to raise enough funds for the event.A successful Project Prom requires a lot of planning and funding. Each year, the Junior class begins
fundraising for their own Project Prom the following year. This provides about an 18-20 month period for
planning and fundraising.The planning
and fundraising is the responsibility of the parents or guardians of ALL students in the Class of 2011.
Enclosed in this package you will find information
regarding volunteer opportunities and some dates that have been scheduled for
meetings and fundraisers. Our goal is to
raise $50,000 over the next 18-20 months through various fundraisers.
